UB ENGINEERING is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Computer Operator / System Operator to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Gmail, computer operations, and mechanical software. Candidates with a Mechanical Engineering background and good communication skills will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day computer and system operations.
- Prepare quotations, reports, documents, and other office records.
- Maintain data and records using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Manage Gmail, emails, and customer correspondence.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers regarding requirements and documentation.
- Work with mechanical drawings and mechanical software as required.
- Support technical and office-related activities.
- Troubleshoot basic system and operational issues.
- Coordinate with team members to complete assigned work.




- Maintain accuracy and proper documentation of company records.
