Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential customers
- Handle property inquiries and conduct site visits
- Explain projects, pricing, payment plans & offers to clients
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
Requirements:
- Experience in Real Estate / Property Sales preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong convincing & customer-handling abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Positive knowledge of Ahmedabad real estate market will be an advantage
