Job Summary

XeroicTech Health Inc. is looking for an ambitious and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to help expand our US Healthcare RCM and Medical Billing business.

The ideal candidate will have experience in US Healthcare sales, RCM sales, medical billing, healthcare B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition, with a proven ability to bring new clients and generate business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire recent US Healthcare and Medical Billing/RCM clients.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and other sales channels.
- Connect with physicians, medical practices, healthcare groups, practice managers, and decision-makers.
- Present and promote RCM, medical billing, coding, AR, denial management, and healthcare staffing solutions.
- Schedule client meetings, conduct follow-ups, negotiate, and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with US healthcare clients.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets.

Requirements





- 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare / RCM / Medical Billing Business Development or Sales.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and new client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the US Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management industry.
- Experience selling medical billing, RCM, healthcare staffing, or related services is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Kolkata-based candidates will be given first preference.
