- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Provide information about products, orders, payments, delivery, returns, and exchanges.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and pending issues.
- Maintain a professional and positive tone during every customer interaction.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate records of customer calls and interactions.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, delivery, and customer support teams when required.
- Follow company processes and maintain quality standards.
- Achieve assigned customer service, calling, and productivity targets.
- Collect customer feedback and report recurring issues to the concerned team.





Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in voice process, customer service, telecalling, telesales, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Polite, patient, and skilled approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of English and regional languages is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,027.88 - ₹32,589.98 per month
