Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and technically knowledgeable Service Advisor to manage customer vehicle service requirements, prepare estimates, coordinate with technicians, and ensure timely vehicle delivery with high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and prepare accurate job cards.
- Explain required repairs, maintenance, and estimated costs to customers.
- Prepare repair estimates and obtain customer approval before starting additional work.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop teams for smooth job execution.
- Monitor vehicle repair progress and ensure timely completion.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair status.
- Coordinate with Parts, Warranty, Insurance, and Workshop departments.
- Conduct final vehicle inspection before delivery.
- Explain completed repairs and replaced parts to customers during vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
- Achieve service revenue, labour sales, and customer retention targets.
- Promote periodic maintenance, value-added services, accessories, and additional repairs.




- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in the DMS/CRM.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with dealership/OEM procedures.
- Prepare daily reports and support achievement of workshop KPIs.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership preferred.
- Good knowledge of vehicle service and repair procedures.
- Solid customer-handling and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of service estimates and job cards.
- Ability to explain technical issues in a simple and clear manner.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and DMS software.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
