About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Service Engineer who is enthusiastic about technology, enjoys solving technical problems, and is willing to learn and grow with our team.

You will work closely with senior engineers and customers to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service our printing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and commission printing machines at customer locations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot machine-related issues.
- Perform regular maintenance and servicing of equipment.
- Identify technical problems and provide practical solutions.
- Attend customer service calls and ensure timely resolution.
- Guide customers on basic machine operation and maintenance.
- Maintain service reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with the internal technical and sales teams when required.
- Follow company safety and service procedures.

What We’re Looking For

- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
