HIRING: TeleSales / Inside Sales Executive

Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata
Work Mode: Work From Office
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face
Salary: Up to Rs. 22,000 in-hand, depending on last drawn salary
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Sunday: Fixed Off
Eligibility: Male and Female Candidates

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Graduate with 1+ year of experience in TeleSales, Inside Sales, or Business Development
- Proven experience in target-driven calling and revenue generation
- B2B and B2C sales exposure preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Office
- Software or SaaS Sales experience will be an added advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate leads through outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate lead and client records in CRM
- Build and maintain solid client relationships through consultative selling and upselling
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers
