Job Role

Responsible for complete end-to-end research and analysis of electronic products, including product, technical, quality, competitor, market, cost, and feasibility analysis. The role supports management in deciding whether a product should be selected, modified, developed, or launched as a new SKU.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct complete product, market, and competitor analysis.
- Analyze product specifications, features, technology, quality, performance, pricing, and market potential.
- Evaluate competitor products, pricing, reviews, ratings, and customer feedback.
- Conduct sample evaluation and coordinate with QC for product testing and quality assessment.
- Identify product defects, risks, limitations, and improvement opportunities.
- Analyze product cost, expected selling price, margin, and commercial feasibility.
- Research suppliers, manufacturers, certifications, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers for samples, specifications, modifications, and product improvements.
- Analyze customer feedback, returns, and complaints to support product development.
- Prepare product comparison and feasibility reports.




- Provide Go / Modify / Reject recommendations for new SKU selection.
- Support new product development and improvement of existing products.

Security Cameras, Thermal Printers, Barcode Scanners, Wi-Fi Extenders/Repeaters, Monitors, Networking Devices, Computer Accessories, Consumer Electronics, and other technology products.

Required Skills

- Strong product research and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of electronic products and specifications.
- Competitor and marketplace research skills.
- Product testing and QC knowledge.
- Cost and commercial analysis ability.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Good supplier coordination and communication skills.
- Solid attention to detail and decision-making ability.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in R&D;, product research, product development, electronics, QC, or product sourcing.
- Experience with electronic products and Amazon/marketplace research is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
