PEB Sales & Marketing Manager – Job Role & Responsibilities

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager – PEB
Industry: Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) / Steel Structures

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for PEB buildings, steel structures, industrial sheds, and warehouses.
- Identify and generate current business opportunities through market research, networking, and client visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and industrial clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful orders and projects.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical and estimation teams to prepare suitable proposals and quotations.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, pricing, and contracts with clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective clients from inquiry to order closure.
- Coordinate with design, production,



and project execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain sales reports, customer databases, lead pipelines, and sales forecasts.
- Develop new market segments and expand the company's customer base.
- Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Ensure timely payment follow-ups and support the commercial team when required.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of PEB, structural steel, industrial sheds, and warehouse projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and project requirements.
- Target-oriented and capable of independently handling sales activities.
- Experience in PEB/Steel Structure sales and marketing preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
