CYPASSION Technologies Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting educational institutions, government organizations, and prospective clients, explaining our software and IT services, and generating qualified leads.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential clients.
* Introduce company products and services professionally.
* Generate and qualify leads.
* Follow up with interested clients.
* Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
* Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel.
* Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills
* Good communication skills in Hindi.
* Basic English understanding.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email,
Internet).
* Confident and positive attitude.
* Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Qualification
* 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience
* Freshers are welcome.
* Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support or Sales will be preferred.
Salary
₹7,000 – ₹8,000 per month (Based on interview and experience)
