This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in architectural design, project coordination, and construction execution.

JOB ROLE

- Assist in architectural design development and drafting.
- Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and presentations.
- Support senior architects in project planning and execution.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project teams.
- Participate in site visits and project reviews.
- Maintain project documentation and drawing records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Robust understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, or similar architectural software.
- Ability to prepare conceptual designs, working drawings, and presentation drawings.
- Basic knowledge of building regulations, materials, and construction practices.
- Good visualization and design skills.
- Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants,



and project teams.
- Willingness to visit project sites when required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Location: Farook, Kozhikode

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
