Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused BPO Executive to handle customer interactions, calls, and daily operational activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with customers and maintain proper records.
- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Achieve assigned targets and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication skills in Telugu/Hindi/Kannada/Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
