We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement, stock forecasting, and supplier management for our chain retails pharmacy stores. You will be responsible for keeping store shelves stocked with fast-moving goods, reducing stockouts, minimizing expired inventory, and negotiating competitive commercial terms with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Replenishment: Monitor stock levels across company all retails outlets and manage timely replenishment schedules to prevent stockouts.

Supplier & Margin Management: Negotiate pricing, trade discounts, payment terms, and return/exchange schemes with pharmaceutical distributors.

Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain robust relationships with 15 to 30 pharma vendors and distributors to secure quick supply and priority billing.

Expiry Management: Track near-expiry medicines across all stores, implement inter-store stock transfers,



and coordinate returns/credit notes with suppliers.

Purchase Orders & Billing: Generate, review, and approve Daily Purchase Orders (POs) using inventory software (ecogreen).

Store Coordination: Work closely with store managers and pharmacists to handle fast-moving, rare, or patient-requested medicines.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Any
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years handling purchase for a retail pharmacy chain or pharma wholesale.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise with Pharma Billing & Inventory Software (Marg, ecogreen, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Skills: Strong vendor negotiation, margin analysis, and inventory forecasting abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
