Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Bidding Manager with 1–3 years of experience to oversee and support the entire bidding and proposal process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing competitive proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that all submissions are accurate, compliant, and delivered within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and track bidding and tender opportunities from various portals and platforms
- Review bid documents, RFPs, RFQs, and tender requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, finance, legal) to gather required inputs
- Prepare, compile, and submit bids, proposals, and supporting documentation
- Ensure all bids comply with client requirements, guidelines, and deadlines
- Maintain a database of bids, submissions, and outcomes
- Assist in cost estimation, pricing, and commercial proposal preparation
- Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, and follow-ups with clients
- Support contract finalization and handover to execution teams after bid award
- Continuously improve bid quality, templates, and processes





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in bidding, proposals, or business development
- Basic understanding of bidding processes, tenders, and proposals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with government or private tenders
- Familiarity with bidding portals (e-procurement, GeM, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of costing, pricing, or commercial terms
- Experience in IT, infrastructure, EPC, or services industry (as applicable)
