RESTAURANT MANAGER – SALES & OPERATIONS

Position: Restaurant Manager
Compensation: Performance-Based Commission

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly sales-driven Restaurant Manager with a strong proven track record in Sales, Business Development, Corporate Tie-Ups, Events, Catering in Raipur Market, along with robust knowledge of restaurant operations.

The candidate must be capable of bringing business and generating revenue, while independently managing the restaurant's day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development – Primary Focus

- Generate consistent business and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Must already have strong experience in Corporate Tie-Ups and Corporate Sales in Raipur
- Generate business through corporates, events, parties, catering, bulk orders, institutions, hotels, local businesses, partnerships, and personal networks in Raipur
- Build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
- Identify and convert new revenue opportunities.
- Drive repeat business and customer referrals.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills are essential.

Restaurant Operations

- Independently manage complete day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Manage staff, service standards, customer experience, and team performance.
- Ensure proper SOP, hygiene,



quality, and service standards.
- Handle inventory, wastage, food cost, and operational expenses.
- Resolve customer and operational issues effectively.

Candidate Profile

- Prefer Raipur Based Candidates
- Strong proven background in Sales & Business Development.
- Existing market/network and proven ability to bring business from multiple channels.
- Strong expertise in Corporate Tie-Ups, Event Sales, Catering, and Local Business Development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales/revenue targets.
- Proficient in restaurant operations and team management.
- Highly target-oriented, proactive, and commercially driven.
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

Compensation

Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Commission

Higher business generation and target achievement = Higher Earning Potential.

Important

We are not looking for an Operations-Only Manager.

We need someone who can:
