SAP PS Consultant

Location: Mumbai Experience: 8+ Years Domain: SAP S/4HANA Implementation

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled SAP PS (Project Systems) Consultant to support an S/4HANA implementation project in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for designing and configuring project management processes, ensuring seamless integration with Finance and Logistics modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP S/4HANA PS module implementation, from requirement gathering to go-live.
- Configure Project Structures (WBS, Networks, Activities), Project Planning, Budgeting, and Costing.
- Set up Project Billing, Resource Planning, and Progress Tracking/Reporting.
- Ensure tight integration of PS with FICO, MM, and SD modules for project-based procurement, billing, and cost tracking.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
- Support data migration of open projects, WBS elements, and project budgets.
- Conduct workshops with project management teams and business stakeholders.
- Support UAT, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of SAP PS functional experience, including at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Project Structures, Budgeting, Cost Planning,



and Resource Related Billing.
- Good understanding of integration with FICO (cost/revenue), MM (procurement), and SD (billing).
- Experience in engineering, construction, or project-driven manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Strong business process understanding and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- SAP PS certification is a plus.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Based in Mumbai or open to relocation.
- Strong S/4HANA implementation experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing project environment.

Common Requirements (All Positions)

- Minimum 8+ years of relevant SAP functional experience.
- Robust hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes in the respective functional area.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Willingness to work from Mumbai or relocate for the project.
- Immediate to short notice period preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹116,000.00 per month
