Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

- Lead projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and governance documentation.
- Drive execution against agreed scope, timelines, quality, and budget.
- Identify critical path activities and proactively address project delays and dependencies.
- Ensure appropriate project governance and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders across business, operations, technology, product, and leadership teams.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and steering committee discussions.
- Communicate project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions to senior management.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

- Establish and maintain project RAID logs.
- Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Track issues through resolution and escalate critical matters appropriately.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure appropriate change-control processes are followed.

Business & Process Transformation





- Partner with business and operations teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Drive automation, digitization, standardization, and operational-efficiency initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables.
- Support current-state and future-state process analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve controls, scalability, productivity, and client experience.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of overall professional experience, with significant experience in project/program management.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end projects in financial services, capital markets, banking, asset management, or alternative investments.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
- Excellent stakeholder and senior-management communication skills.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and complex dependencies.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, change management, and delivery controls.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear project plans and actionable deliverables.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project/Project Management tools.
- Experience working with geographically distributed/global teams.
