We are hiring CDP, Commis 2, Commis 3, CDP – Pastry, Commis 2 – Pastry and Commis 3 – Pastry for our kitchen operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle food preparation, cooking, mise en place and daily kitchen production.
- Manage the assigned kitchen section and ensure timely food preparation.
- For pastry roles, assist with baking, desserts, decoration and pastry production.
- Maintain food quality, portion control and presentation standards.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards.




- Coordinate with the kitchen team and support smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain proper storage and handling of ingredients and kitchen equipment.

Requirements:

- Candidates with relevant experience in hotels, restaurants, QSRs, catering or central kitchens preferred.
- Fresher/entry-level candidates may apply for Commis 3 positions.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation; pastry candidates should have basic baking knowledge.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen environment.
- Good teamwork, discipline and hygiene standards.
