Educational Qualification
- MS / DNB Ophthalmology (mandatory)
- Fellowship preferred (any subspecialty exposure)
Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years post-qualification
Must-Have Skills
- Independent high-volume phaco surgeries
- Exposure to premium IOLs
- OPD management of routine and moderately complex cases
- Ability to handle intraoperative complications
- Teaching or mentoring experience
