About the Role

We’re hiring a Warehouse Associate to support our operations at our Mumbai facility. This role is critical in ensuring accurate inventory management, efficient warehouse operations, and seamless handling of IT materials across our global logistics network. You’ll work closely with internal teams to maintain high operational standards in a fast-paced, process-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and process incoming materials with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and location tracking of inventory
- Handle RMA (Return Material Authorization) processes following established procedures
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness aligned with 5S standards
- Pick, pack, and fulfil orders in line with quality and packaging standards
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely system data entry
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy (system vs physical stock reconciliation)
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support operational requirements
- Identify efficiency improvements and support process optimization initiatives
- Manage packing and stationery materials to ensure uninterrupted operations

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse or inventory operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
- Experience with warehouse processes, stock control, and documentation
- Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
