Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms and Website design works.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Create and maintain scalable design systems, UI components, and reusable design patterns.
- Ensure consistency across mobile app screens, interactions, typography, spacing, colors, and visual elements.
- Conduct design iterations based on user feedback, product requirements, usability considerations, and development constraints.
- Prepare detailed design specifications and assets required for development handoff.
- Collaborate with developers throughout the implementation process and ensure the final product matches the approved designs.
- Create interactive prototypes and micro-interactions to demonstrate user flows and app behavior.
- Use animation and motion principles to improve user experience where required.
- Review implemented designs and identify UI/UX inconsistencies or deviations from the approved designs.
- Stay updated with current mobile UI/UX trends, usability standards, and design best practices.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the product.
- Manage multiple design tasks and projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining design quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of qualified experience in UI/UX Design, preferably with strong experience in mobile application design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile app UI/UX projects and end-to-end design processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.




- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and design systems.
- Good understanding of iOS and Android design patterns and guidelines.
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, spacing, grids, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing responsive and scalable interfaces.
- Ability to create interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects for UI animations, motion design, and interactive demonstrations.
- Strong understanding of design-to-development handoff and collaboration with developers.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical design solutions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

- Experience working on complex mobile applications or SaaS/product-based applications.
- Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, and UI animations.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience conducting usability testing or user research.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development limitations.
- Experience working with established design systems and component libraries.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional product and development teams.
- Experience mentoring junior designers or reviewing other designers' work.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, or similar project-management platforms.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent professional experience and a strong UI/UX portfolio may also be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
