We are looking for an experienced and confident Cold Caller with excellent communication and convincing skills. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, communicating with prospective clients, and converting opportunities into successful business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers and clients.
- Introduce and explain the company's products/services effectively.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Convince and influence prospects through strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or follow-ups.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to improve conversion rates.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, telecalling, inside sales, or business development.




- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing and persuasion skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Good negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to build rapport with prospective clients.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/lead management tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
