We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with 1 year of experience to design, develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models. The candidate should have a strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, machine learning algorithms, model parameters, evaluation metrics, and practical model development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement machine learning models for real-world business problems.
- Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering.
- Apply supervised, unsupervised, and basic reinforcement learning techniques.
- Train, validate, test, and optimize ML models.
- Select appropriate algorithms based on the problem and dataset.
- Tune model hyperparameters and improve model performance.
- Evaluate models using appropriate metrics such as Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1 Score, MAE, MSE, RMSE, and R².
- Identify and resolve issues related to overfitting, underfitting, bias, and variance.
- Work with regression, classification, clustering, and dimensionality-reduction techniques.
- Build and integrate ML models into applications or APIs.
- Document experiments, models, results, and implementation details.
- Collaborate with developers and other technical teams to deliver AI/ML solutions.

- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.

- Basic knowledge of Deep Learning and Neural Networks.
- Exposure to NLP or Computer Vision.
- Understanding of Generative AI and LLM concepts.
- Basic knowledge of model deployment and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Docker or cloud platforms is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per year
