About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Executive to manage the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of Firmway’s fintech SaaS platform for clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client AP/AR, reconciliation, accounting, and finance workflows and map them to the Firmway platform.
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding and product implementation.
- Coordinate with clients and internal Product, Tech, and Operations teams.
- Configure workflows, assist with data migration, testing, and UAT.
- Conduct product demos and user training.
- Identify implementation issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Ensure timely implementation and a smooth transition to the support/operations team.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in software implementation, ERP, accounting software, fintech, or SaaS.
- Good understanding of accounting, AP/AR, reconciliation, and finance processes.
- Solid communication and client-handling skills.
- Good Excel and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and implementation timelines.




- B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter or relevant finance/accounting background preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
