We are building a new events vertical. The vertical brings together event discovery, ticketing, event marketing, venue coordination, and on-ground experiences.

We are looking for a Product Associate who can help us understand what event organizers and attendees need, turn those needs into clear product requirements, and work with the team to improve the platform.

What we are looking for

- 0–2 years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, user research, or a similar role.
- Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand user problems and convert them into practical solutions.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working with developers and designers.
- Interest in technology, startups, and digital products.
- Ability to organize tasks and follow through on execution.
- Curious mindset and willingness to learn quickly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Who would be a good fit?





This role would suit someone who enjoys asking “Why does this problem exist?” and then figuring out “How can we solve it?”

You should be comfortable speaking to users, understanding their needs, writing clear requirements, and working with a team to improve a product.

You do not need years of experience, but you should be willing to learn quickly, take ownership, and contribute to building something new.
