1. Reels & content shooting

2. Basic editing

* Can edit Reels independently

* Can do basic cuts, transitions, subtitles, music, text overlays and syncing

* Can resize/adapt content for different platforms

* Basic knowledge of Canva or similar for static creatives

* Doesn’t need to be a qualified editor, but should be able to take raw footage and turn it into a decent social-ready asset

3. Meta platform knowledge - Instagram and Facebook basics.

- Understands what makes content perform differently across formats

* Know current Instagram trends

* Be aware of trending formats, sounds and creator styles

* Understand hooks and attention spans

* Be able to suggest relevant content ideas, not just execute instructions

4. Availability

* Comfortable giving 8 hours a day

* Comfortable working from office

* Flexible around shoots and events, if any

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
