An Operations Manager at a wedding venue oversees the flawless execution of events, ceremonies and receptions. Key tasks include manage client walk-throughs, staff coordination, and vendor logistics. By acting as the bridge between the couple's vision and venue policies, they ensure every event runs seamlessly from setup to breakdown.

Key Responsibilities

- Venue Management & Sales: Conducting venue tours, handling inquiries, and upselling packages.
- Event Execution: Overseeing the setup (lighting, seating, decor) and managing the timeline on the wedding day.
- Vendor & Staff Coordination: Liaising with caterers, decorators, and entertainers. Managing the venue's waitstaff, security, and cleaning crews.
- Client Relations:



Serving as the main point of contact for the couple to resolve any last-minute emergencies or requests.
- Premises Management: Ensure the cleanliness, repairs and maintenance of the premises including gardens, rooms, banquet spaces and event lawns.
- Optimizing staff and creating shift schedules
- Sales strategies and increasing booking conversions
- Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
