Role & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Floor Operations

- Manage and monitor daily warehouse floor activities.
- Ensure smooth movement of inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Allocate work to employees based on operational requirements.

Manpower Management

- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and workforce deployment.
- Ensure adequate manpower is available for daily operations.
- Guide and supervise floor staff to achieve productivity targets.

Inventory Management

- Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of materials.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support regular stock verification.
- Immediately report shortages, damages, and discrepancies.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure employees follow all safety procedures and company SOPs.
- Ensure PPE requirements are followed wherever applicable.

Team Coordination

- Coordinate with Warehouse Manager, Supervisors, Transport, Inventory, and other relevant teams.
- Support resolution of employee and operational issues on the floor.

Documentation & Reporting





- Maintain required operational records and checklists.
- Prepare and submit daily/shift-wise reports as required.
- Ensure proper handover between shifts.

Housekeeping & 5S

- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the warehouse floor.
- Ensure materials are stored in designated locations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Education: Diploma / Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or 3PL operations.
- Experience in handling warehouse floor activities and manpower supervision.
- Knowledge of warehouse SOPs, safety procedures, 5S, and material handling practices.
- Valuable communication, coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse/ERP systems is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
