Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production & Logistics Manager to oversee our daily production operations and logistics activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production planning, efficient workforce management, timely dispatch of materials, and proper coordination between production, warehouse, and transport teams.

Key Responsibilities Production Management: - Plan and monitor daily and weekly production schedules. - Ensure production targets are achieved on time. - Monitor workforce productivity and allocate manpower effectively. - Coordinate with supervisors and department heads for smooth operations. - Monitor raw material availability and production requirements. - Maintain production reports and update management regularly. - Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. - Identify production issues and implement suitable solutions. - Reduce wastage and improve productivity and operational efficiency. Logistics & Dispatch Management: - Plan and coordinate the movement of raw materials and finished goods. - Ensure timely loading,



unloading, dispatch, and delivery. - Coordinate with transporters, drivers, suppliers, and customers when required. - Monitor inventory and stock movement. - Prepare and maintain dispatch and logistics records. - Ensure proper documentation for shipments and deliveries. - Track transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction. Requirements - Previous experience in Production Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Factory Operations. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Positive planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. - Ability to handle production targets and work under pressure. - Knowledge of inventory and logistics operations. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting. - Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage. Salary: Based on experience and performance. Job Type: Full-time Experience: Production/Logistics Management experience preferred.

Pay: ₹15,342.36 - ₹20,000.00 per month
