1. Inspection, Condition Assessment & Diagnostic Consultation
- Conduct regular structural and non-structural audits of industrial and utility structures (foundations, RCC buildings, steel structures, roads, drainage, retaining walls, bunds, and boundary infrastructure) .
- Identify and evaluate distress signs such as concrete spalling, structural cracks, settlement, seepage, corrosion, and erosion.
- Provide expert advisory recommendations for structural repairs, retrofitting, waterproofing, and protective coating applications .
2. O&M; Planning & Execution
- Formulate and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) schedules for all site civil assets.
- Review and optimize civil standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintenance work instructions, and inspection checklists .
- Coordinate shutdown and major turnaround maintenance activities to minimize facility operational downtime .
3. Contractor Management & Quality Assurance
- Prepare technical specifications, scopes of work (SOW), Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates for civil repair and maintenance contracts .
- Supervise, guide, and evaluate maintenance contractors and third-party vendors for adherence to quality, cost, and schedule .
- Ensure strict adherence to national and international civil engineering codes, standard building bylaws, and HSE guidelines .

Budgeting & Asset Management
- Prepare operational budgets (OPEX/CAPEX) for civil maintenance, repair works, and asset refurbishment.
- Maintain comprehensive records of site civil maintenance history, structural audit reports, warranties, and statutory compliance documents .
- Leverage Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS/SAP-PM) for tracking work orders, material requisitions, and inventory .
Required Qualifications & Competencies
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech / B.S.) or Diploma in Civil Engineering .
- Experience: 3–8+ years of hands-on experience in Civil Operations & Maintenance (O&M;), structural rehabilitation, or facility maintenance engineering in heavy industry, infrastructure, utilities, or industrial plants .
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth understanding of concrete technology, structural repairs, waterproofing, NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), and soil/foundation stability .
- Familiarity with relevant standards (e.g., IS / ASTM / ACI / British Standards) and local statutory construction/safety regulations .
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing engineering drawings (AutoCAD), CMMS tools (e.g., SAP, Maximo, UpKeep), and MS Office.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
