- Warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and escort them to their tables promptly.
- Accurately take and relay food/beverage orders, and upsell specials.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests immediately and professionally.: Maintain detailed, up-to-date knowledge of all menu items, specials, and ingredients.
- Process guest checks and payments accurately (cash, card) and efficiently.
- Strictly adhere to food safety, hygiene, and relevant alcohol service regulations.
- Maintain excellent communication with kitchen, bar, and other service staff to prevent delays.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
