Job Description – Lab Technician

Position: Lab Technician
Location: Baner & Shivaji Nagaae

Key Responsibilities

- Register patients in the laboratory software, collect payments, and process samples while ensuring zero outstanding dues.
- Prepare quotations for specialized diagnostic tests such as NGS, FISH, PCR, Histopathology, and other advanced investigations.
- Perform daily Internal Quality Control (IQC) and weekly Inter-Laboratory Comparison (ILC) activities to ensure accuracy and reliability of laboratory testing.
- Generate, print, and issue laboratory reports to patients or authorized personnel.
- Manage laboratory inventory, including material indents, expiry verification, GRN processing, and daily consumption entries.
- Verify invoices from outsourced laboratory partners and coordinate with Accounts for timely payment processing.
- Coordinate with outsourced laboratories for report follow-ups and test-related queries.
- Handle daily email communication and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.




- Coordinate with the logistics team for timely transportation of samples to Nashik.
- Visit different MOC centres, as required, to support laboratory operations.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or a relevant qualification.
- Good knowledge of laboratory processes, sample handling, documentation, and basic quality control.
- Good communication, coordination, and computer skills.
- Willingness to travel between centres as required.

Important – Training & Induction

Selected candidates will undergo a mandatory 1-week joining, training, and induction programme in Mumbai. Candidates who are comfortable travelling to Mumbai for the complete 1-week programme are only requested to apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
