- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nursing staff.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and safety are maintained.
- Prepare and manage nursing duty schedules and staff allocations.
- Monitor nurses' attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to nursing staff.
- Ensure proper implementation of doctors' instructions and treatment protocols.
- Monitor patient care and address patient or family concerns when required.
- Ensure proper documentation of nursing records and patient information.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for productive patient care.
- Ensure infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols are followed.
- Monitor the availability and proper use of medical equipment and supplies.




- Handle emergency situations and provide appropriate support to the nursing team.
- Investigate and report patient complaints, incidents, and nursing-related issues to management.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Assist management in improving nursing services and patient satisfaction

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
