Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
- Take customer orders accurately through POS/manual ordering systems.
- Prepare and serve beverages, snacks and food items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Ensure tables, counters, service areas and café premises are clean and presentable.
- Handle customer queries, requests and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for timely order delivery.
- Operate POS/billing systems and handle cash/card/UPI payments when required.
- Check stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages or damaged items.
- Follow proper food handling,



storage and safety procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing activities of the café.
- Follow company SOPs, grooming standards and service standards.
- Maintain proper wastage control and avoid unnecessary food/material wastage.
- Support the team during peak hours, weekends and special events.
- Perform other operational duties assigned by the Café Manager/Restaurant Manager.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
