Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day operations

and ensure seamless execution of client projects. The ideal candidate will drive operational

excellence, improve productivity, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely

delivery without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead and manage daily business operations.

 Plan, monitor, and optimize project execution.

 Manage Processing, Quality Control, Client Coordination, and Administrative

functions.

 Monitor productivity, turnaround time, and quality metrics.

 Develop and improve operational SOPs and workflows.

 Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

 Ensure timely delivery of all client projects.

 Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards.

 Manage departmental budgets and operational resources.

 Participate in recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and team

development.





 Collaborate with Business Development and Technology teams to improve customer

experience.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

 Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations or Process Management.

 Strong leadership and people management skills.

 Excellent planning and organizational abilities.

 Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business reporting.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
