Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecaller to generate leads, connect with prospective clients, explain our IT services, and support the sales team in converting business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
- Explain IT services and understand customer requirements.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule appointments.
- Maintain lead and call records.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Confident and skilled telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
- 12th Pass/Graduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.

Salary: ₹[10,000] – ₹[12,000] per month
