Vacancy for Maintenance Engineer / Mechanical engineer with 2 years plus experience in pharma manufacturing unit.

Job Requirement & Responsibilities:

· The candidate should have strong knowledge of plant and utility maintenance and be capable of planning and supervising preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.

· The person should have experience with pumps, compressors, gearboxes, agitators, valves, pipelines, rotating equipment, utility systems, and other plant machinery.

· The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for maintenance planning, equipment performance monitoring, breakdown analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), maintenance scheduling, spare-parts planning, and coordination with maintenance technicians and other departments.

· The candidate should be capable of supervising fitters and technicians and coordinating with Production, QA, QC, Utility,



Purchase, Warehouse, and external vendors/contractors.

· The person should also maintain proper maintenance records, reports, checklists, work orders, and other engineering documentation and support equipment installation, modification, commissioning, and maintenance improvement activities.

Compliance Requirements:

· Strong understanding of SOP, GMP, EHS, safety procedures, documentation, and pharmaceutical manufacturing requirements is preferred. The candidate should demonstrate positive leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and team-management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
