About the Role

Vijesha IT Services LLP is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team in Bengaluru.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, following up with leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Vijesha IT Services offerings.
- Explain products, services, courses, and solutions clearly to prospective customers.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and work towards lead conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections and queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/sales tracking systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain robust customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Prepare regular sales and follow-up reports.
- Contribute to improving sales processes and conversion rates.

Requirements

- Any degree/graduate qualification is acceptable.
- 0–1 year of experience in Sales,



Inside Sales, Telecalling, Business Development, or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills – mandatory.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over calls.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to learn.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, CRM, and communication tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
