Commis – Pan-Asian CuisineJob Summary

We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Commis Chef – Pan-Asian Cuisine to support the kitchen team in preparing high-quality Pan-Asian dishes while maintaining hygiene, food safety, and kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Chef de Partie and senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, sauces, herbs, noodles, rice, and proteins as per recipes.
- Support the preparation of Chinese, Thai, Burmese, Japanese, Vietnamese, and other Pan-Asian dishes.
- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain proper mise en place for the assigned section.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, utensils, and equipment.
- Follow food safety and storage procedures, including proper labeling and FIFO.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and checking the quality of ingredients.
- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.




- Coordinate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth service.
- Follow instructions from senior chefs and continuously develop culinary skills.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Pan-Asian ingredients and cooking techniques.
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced restaurant environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take guidance from senior chefs.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and attention to detail.

Qualification & Experience

- Hotel Management / Culinary Arts qualification preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant kitchen experience can apply.
- Previous exposure to Pan-Asian cuisine will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹19,212.39 - ₹20,916.28 per month
