Job Description – Tender Executive

Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata
Department: Back Office / Tender
Salary: Up to ₹28,000 per month (depends on experience)
Experience: 2–4 years preferred on Surveillance projects

Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end tendering activities, including government and private tenders.
- Search, identify, and track relevant tenders on various portals.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, quotations, EMD, technical and commercial bids.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance with all requirements.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Management teams for tender-related documentation.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, EMDs, deadlines, and results.
- Review tender terms, eligibility criteria, BOQ, specifications, and commercial conditions.




- Prepare comparative statements and other tender-related reports.
- Follow up on tender status, purchase orders, work orders, and related documentation.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience in tendering/bidding on Surveillance related is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Positive attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of GeM, e-tendering portals, and government tender processes is must.
