- Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions through voice calls.
- Maintain qualified communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve complaints and customer issues within defined timelines.
- Candidates with 6+ months BPO experience or freshers can apply.
- Hindi + English communication skills are required.

Oliva – Customer Service / Voice Process

- Handle customer calls and provide accurate information and support.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Maintain good customer relationships and achieve service targets.
- Minimum 6 months BPO experience is required.
- Kannada + Hindi / Telugu + Hindi / Gujarati + Hindi communication skills preferred.
