We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of sales, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate current business opportunities for the agency.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Identify potential clients who require advertising, branding, digital marketing, social media, and creative services.
- Conduct lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, references, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable agency services.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and commercial details in coordination with the relevant teams.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the creative,



digital marketing, and other internal teams to ensure smooth client communication and project handover.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while maintaining company profitability.
- Track leads, follow-ups, meetings, proposals, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on advertising, digital marketing, branding, and industry trends.
