Location: India – Office in Jaipur New Aatish market (Hybrid) Salary: ₹30,000 per month Training: Full training will be provided Position: Full-time
Role Responsibilities
- Assist with Australian home loan applications from start to settlement
- Collect and review client documents
- Data entry and file management
- Learn and work with Connective/Mercury and ApplyOnline
- Assist with serviceability calculations, valuations and lender pricing
- Follow up with Australian banks, lenders and BDMs
- Keep clients updated throughout their loan application
- Call and follow up potential leads
- General mortgage and finance administration
Who We’re Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential
- Confident and professional on phone calls
- Good computer and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, organised and willing to learn
- Comfortable working independently from home
- Finance, banking, lending, sales or customer-service experience is an advantage
- Australian mortgage experience is NOT required – training will be provided
- Someone looking for a long-term career opportunity
