Job Summary:
Nextspark Ventures LLP is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR to join our Human Resources team. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative tasks. It is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and documentation for current hires.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Handle general HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirement

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.




- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or Naukri is an advantage.
- Previous or project experience in HR is a plus but not mandatory.

Freshers, undergraduate students, and recent graduates can apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
