Position: Pharmacy Head
Department: Pharmacy
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 10+ years preferred
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm with valid pharmacy registration
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall pharmacy operations.
- Supervise Pharmacy In-Charges, pharmacists, and support staff.
- Ensure safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medicines.
- Develop and implement pharmacy policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, stock levels, expiry, and wastage.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines, including temperature-sensitive products.
Candidate Profile
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm with valid registration.
- 10+ years of relevant pharmacy experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong leadership and team
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per hour
