About the Role
We are looking for an Application Engineer who can provide technical support and training for Cimatron CAD/CAM software. The candidate will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Cimatron CAD/CAM software to customers.
- Provide technical support before and after sales.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Conduct software training and technical presentations.
- Help customers with software installation and implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Visit customer sites for training, support, and software deployment.
- Work with the Sales and Technical teams to support business growth.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Stay updated with the latest CAD/CAM technology and industry trends.
- Prepare basic technical documents and training materials.
Skills Required
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM and Mold Design/Manufacturing.
- Problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- IGTR candidates are preferred/required.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
