- Advises customers about necessary service for routine maintenance.
- Helps identify mechanical problem by questioning the customer or doing visual inspection.
- Confers with customers about inspection results, recommend corrective procedures and prepare work order for needed repairs.
- Handles customer complaints.
- schedules service appointments
- Obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
- Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labour and parts.
Must have worked in I/LCV or M&HCV.; Must be diploma in automobile or mechanical.
Preferred from TATA Dealer with immediate joining.
Experience: 2 years experience as Service Advisor in heavy commercial vehicles.

Pay: ₹12,620.18 - ₹18,000.00 per month
