Gurcharanam Institute is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our NEET and JEE Advanced programs and build robust relationships with students, parents, and schools.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote Gurcharanam Institute's NEET & JEE Advanced courses to students and parents.
- Visit schools regularly for marketing activities, counselling, seminars, and promotional campaigns.
- Generate leads through field visits, school interactions, events, and other marketing activities.
- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, programs, and admission opportunities.
- Understand students' and parents' requirements, address their doubts, and provide appropriate information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Strong sales and marketing skills.
- Excellent convincing and communication skills.
- Ability to understand students' and parents' concerns and clarify their doubts effectively.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or the local language.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role.




- Basic knowledge and understanding of NEET & JEE Advanced.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with experience in sales, marketing, education counselling, field sales, or the coaching/education industry will be preferred.
- If you have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence must be preferred.
- Willingness to travel school and coaching visit.

- Comfortable with field visits and travelling.
