ales Executive – Land & Plots

We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle sales of residential plots and land projects. Candidates with 0–3+ years of experience are welcome, including freshers with good communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, references, social media, and field activities.
- Contact customers and understand their land/plot requirements.
- Explain project details, location, pricing, amenities, and payment options.
- Arrange and accompany customers for site visits in Tambaram and nearby areas.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Handle customer enquiries, meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales and project teams.
- Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and site visits.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and earn attractive incentives.

Requirements

- Any Graduate / Any Degree




- 0–3+ years of experience in sales preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication and convincing skills can also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willing to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Knowledge of Tambaram and surrounding areas is preferred.
