Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to generate new business opportunities, connect with potential customers, and drive solar sales. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer meetings, follow-ups, quotations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, references, online platforms, and field activities.
- Identify and approach potential residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits when required.
- Prepare and explain solar proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Develop new business opportunities and channel partners.

Required Skills

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation ability.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of solar energy is preferred.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM.

Qualification & Experience

- Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Sales background is a plus.
- Experience: 0–3 years in sales/business development.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.

Compensation

Salary: ₹[18K-30K] per month
